Once the application is ready, it will produce a ID# and unique password for you to provide AWS support for us to gain access. Place the downloaded application in a location on your PC that you will be able to locate for future use.

The AWS Meeting application using Teamviewer will allow an AWS systems support staff to host a remote connection to their screen that you can view. Once the application is ready, simply enter the ID# number and password provided by AWS support to access the meeting. Place the downloaded application in a location on your PC that you will be able to locate for future use.
