The key component to success and any software sale is support. This holds true before and after the sale. AWS has modeled itself around that principle. We are committed to distinguishing ourselves by providing our customers with superior support and consultative services.

After January 14, 2020, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or support for PCs with Windows 7. If you continue to use Windows 7 after support has ended, your PC will still work, but it may become more vulnerable to security risks.

To keep pace with Microsoft, after Windows 7 is discontinued, AWS will no longer provide updates or support for PCs with Interact 5. If you continue to use Interact 5 after support has ended, the software will continue to work, but future support requests will require an upgrade to Interact 6.

The AWS Quicksupport application using Teamviewer will allow an AWS systems support staff to access your PC remotely after completing a one time download. Once the application is ready, it will produce a ID# and unique password for you to provide AWS support for us to gain access. Place the downloaded application in a location on your PC that you will be able to locate for future use.

The AWS Meeting application using Teamviewer will allow an AWS systems support staff to host a remote connection to their screen that you can view. Once the application is ready, simply enter the ID# number and password provided by AWS support to access the meeting. Place the downloaded application in a location on your PC that you will be able to locate for future use.
