The key component to success and any software sale is support. This holds true before and after the sale. AWS has modeled itself around that principle. We are committed to distinguishing ourselves by providing our customers with superior support and consultative services.

With that, AWS values your business and is committed to providing the highest level of product support and satisfaction. The ever changing nature of information technology requires us to continually develop new products and applications. This puts limitations on supporting past versions.

As with any software, the time comes when we cannot support obsolete versions of our software. We have reached that point with the support of Interact Version 6. Effective January 1st, 2026, Version 6 will no longer be supported.

Our Obsolescence Policy is to support the current version and, in most cases, the prior version of a product. We urge you to upgrade your software to the most current version in order to be compliant with new operating system environments. Your company’s uninterrupted operation will carry our highest priority as we look forward to working with you during this transition.

AWS has multiple options for those customers that have an ASP, including Interact 7 or Interact Cloud. Please contact your AWS support or sales contract to get a quote and discuss options.

AWS provides technical support through our Annual Support Plan (ASP) program, which provides unlimited support via email and phone from our industry leading systems integration team.

AWS offers live web demonstrations of our software and systems from the convenience of your office

These web demonstrations are an excellent way for future customers to view most aspects of our software and systems. You will get to see it all, from the setting up of accounts, products, orders, credit limits, … to the weighing in and out of a truck. More importantly, you will have an opportunity to ask specific questions that are critical to your project’s success as you are experiencing the demonstration.
